The operating temperature of the diaphragm valve is generally limited by the material used for the diaphragm and body liner, and its operating temperature range is approximately -50 to 175 ° C. Diaphragm valve structure is simple, only by the valve body, diaphragm and valve cover assembly of the three main components. The valve is easy to disassemble and repair quickly, replacing the diaphragm can be done on site and in a short time. Separating the actuator from the media path makes the diaphragm valve suitable not only for food and medical and industrial hygiene but also for difficult to transport and hazardous media. A variety of synthetic elastomers and engineering plastics, as well as the wider choice of body lining materials, make diaphragm valves widely used in all areas of modern industry.
