Performance characteristics and Introduction of Plastic Filter

Filter is an indispensable device on the transmission medium pipe, usually installed in the pressure relief valve, pressure relief valve, fixed water level valve, square filter and other equipment inlet end equipment. After the filter has a certain specification of the filter screen filter tube, its impurities are blocked, when the need to clean, as long as the removable filter tube is removed, and can be reloaded after treatment. Therefore, the use and maintenance is very convenient.

Basic introduction: The filter is composed of simplified body, stainless steel filter screen, sewage discharge part, transmission device and electrical control part. When the filter is working, the water to be filtered is passed through the filter screen by the water inlet filter flow filter, and passes through the outlet into the pipeline of the user for process circulation. The particle impurities in the water are trapped inside the filter screen. Such constant circulation, is more and more trapped particles down, filtering speed slower and slower, and the imported sewage is still continuously into, the filter will be smaller and smaller, thus the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet, when the degree difference reaches the set value, the differential voltage transmitter electrical signal to the controller, control system start drive motor through transmission components to drive the shaft rotation, while the sewage outlet open, discharged by the sewage outlet, when the filter cleaning, the pressure difference drops to the minimum, the system returns to the initial filter, the system normal operation.

The filter consists of shell, multiple filter element, backwashing mechanism, and differential pressure controller. The transverse partition in the shell divides the inner chamber into the upper and lower cavities, and the upper chamber is equipped with multiple overfilter elements, which makes full use of the filter space, significantly reduces the volume of the filter, and the lower chamber is installed with the backwash suction cup. When working, the turbidity liquid enters the lower chamber of the filter through the inlet, and then enters the inner chamber of the filter element through the partition hole. Impurities greater than the gap of the filter element are trapped, and the net liquid passes through the gap to the upper cavity, and finally it is sent from the outlet.

The filter adopts high strength wedge filter screen to automatically clean the filter element through differential pressure control and timing control. When the impurities in the filter accumulate on the filter surface and cause the inlet and outlet pressure difference to increase to the set value, or the timer reaches the preset time, the electric control box sends a signal to drive the backwashing mechanism. When the backflushing suction cup and the filter inlet, the discharge valve opens, the system pressure drainage, inside the suction cup and filter appear a negative pressure below the negative pressure area outside the filter, forcing part of the net circulating water from the outside of the filter into the filter inside, adsorption in the inner wall of the filter inside the impurity particles with water into the plate and discharge from the discharge valve. The specially designed filter screen allows the injection effect on the inside of the filter element, and any impurities will be washed away from the smooth inner wall. When the filter inlet and outlet pressure difference returns to normal or the timer setting time ends, in the whole process, the material constantly flow, the reverse washing water consumption is less, to achieve continuous, automatic production.

Performance characteristics:

1. Efficient, accurate filtration: the special structure of the filter plate filtration technology, accurate and sensitive performance, to ensure that only the particle size of the required particles can enter the system, is the most effective filtration system; specifications are 5,10,20,55,100,130,130,200 and so on, users can choose different precision filter plate according to the water requirements. System flow can be flexibly as required.

2. Standard modularity, save land space: the system is based on the standard disk filter unit, according to the modular design, users can choose according to the demand, flexible, strong interchangeability. The system is compact and covers a very small area, which can flexibly use the corner space for installation. For example, the equipment with about 300 m3/h of water treatment covers an area of only about 6m2 (general water quality, filtration grade 100).

3. Automatic operation, continuous water outlet: between the units in Boyuan Jinkai filter combination, the reverse washing process, work and backwashing state automatically switched to ensure the continuous water outlet; reverse water consumption is very small, only 0.5% of the water output; if air assisted backwashing, the self water consumption can be reduced to less than 0.2%. High-speed and thorough reverse washing, only need tens of seconds to complete.

4. Long life: the new plastic filter element is strong, no wear, no corrosion, very little scaling, after years of industrial practical verification, the use of 6~10 years without wear, no aging, filtration and backwashing effect will not become worse due to the use time.

5. High quality and less maintenance: the products meet the corresponding quality standards, all the products are tested and tested before leaving the factory, with no special tools, very few parts; easy to use, only regular inspection, almost no daily maintenance.
