Introduction: The back pressure valve moves through the elasticity of the built-in spring: when the system pressure ratio is small, the diaphragm blocks the line under the action of the spring elasticity; when the system pressure is high, the diaphragm compression spring, the line is on, and the liquid passes through the back pressure valve. The PVC Pressure Reduce Valve structure is similar to the check valve, but the opening pressure is greater than the check valve, between 0.2 to 1.6 mpa. In the pipeline or the equipment vessel pressure state is not stable, the back pressure valve can maintain the required pressure of the pipeline, so that the pump can output flow normally. In addition, the siphon phenomenon often occurs at the outlet end of the pump due to gravity or other effects, and at this time, the PP back pressure valve can reduce the flow rate and pressure fluctuations due to the siphon. And for metering pumps and other volume pumps operating at low system pressure, there will be excessive transmission. To prevent similar problems, the outlet of the metering pump must have at least 0.7Bar back pressure, generally by installing the back pressure valve at the outlet of the metering pump.

Mode of action: the elasticity of the built-in spring.

Pressure: it is in the range from 0.2 to 1.6 mpa.

Major function:

1. The check valve on the outlet pipe is used to prevent liquid return, and the PVC Back Pressure Valve is used to maintain a constant pressure at the pump outlet.

2. It can be used as a PVDF Safety Valve in a system with not very strict requirements.

3. Use it together with the PVC Pulse Damper to reduce the harm of the water hammer to the system, reduce the peak value of the flow rate fluctuation, and protect the pipeline, elbows and joints from the impact of the pressure fluctuation.

4. Create a good working environment for the metering pump and improve the working performance of the pump.

5. Ensure the stability of the water flow of the pump, if the flow of some pumps changes greatly with the pressure, the back pressure valve can be set at the outlet of the pump to stabilize the output flow of the pump, when the pressure of the back pressure valve is the actual use pressure of the pump or slightly less than the use pressure of the pump.

6. Under the unstable pressure of the pipeline or the equipment container, it can maintain the required pressure of the pipeline, and make the pump can output the flow rate normally.

7. In the pump outlet because of gravity or other effects often appear since current or siphon phenomenon, back pressure valve can reduce due to the siphon flow and pressure fluctuations, then generally choose more than the liquid pressure, such as prevent 2 meter cabinet liquid from current, can choose the pressure greater than 0.02MPa back pressure valve, generally choose 0.1MPa.

Working principle: The fluid enters from the inlet of the back pressure valve and is blocked by the diaphragm, so that the fluid exerts an upward pressure on the diaphragm. When the pressure is large enough, the spring is compressed and the fluid tops the diaphragm to form a channel from the back pressure valve outlet; if the fluid pressure is not enough, the pressure pressure pressure will form, and the inlet pressure rises until the rated pressure is reached, and lifts the diaphragm to form a channel. Use Method: In the outlet line, the back pressure valve shall be used simultaneously with the pulsation damper to absorb the peak flow between the pump and the back pressure valve. Without a pulsating damper, the back pressure valve will open and close quickly with each pump stroke. When there is a pulsation damper, the back pressure valve will oscillate in the half open and half closed positions, so that the PVDF Pulse Damper can reduce the wear speed of the back pressure valve. For high-flow pumps, and the outlet line is long and thin, the back pressure valve should be installed close to the filling point to reduce the trend of the siphon. When conveying a medium containing suspended solids, a pipe-blocked three links (or four links) shall be installed at the inlet end of the back pressure valve, so that the pipe can be cleaned without removal. Back pressure valve is only a pipe element that is only used together with other pipe elements (such as Stainless Steel Pulse Damper, PVC Safety Valve, check valve, stop valve, filter).
