Introduction: The structural form of the diaphragm valve is very different from the general valve, is a new type of valve, is a special form of interception valve, its opening part is a piece of diaphragm made of soft material, the valve body chamber and the valve cap cavity and drive parts separated, is now widely used in various fields. Commonly used diaphragm valve has lining rubber diaphragm valve, lining fluorine diaphragm valve, unlined diaphragm valve, plastic diaphragm valve.

CPVC Diaphragm valve is a flexible or flexible diaphragm or combined diaphragm in the valve body and valve cover, its closing part is a compression device connected to the diaphragm. The seat can be weir shaped or a pipe wall through the channel. The advantage of the diaphragm valve is that its control mechanism is separated from the medium path, which not only ensures the purity of the working medium, but also prevents the possibility of the pipeline medium from hitting the working components of the operating mechanism. Furthermore, no separate seal of any form is required at the stem unless used as a safety facility in controlled hazardous medium. In the diaphragm valve, because the working medium contacts only the diaphragm and the valve body, both can use a variety of different materials, so the valve can ideally control a variety of working media, especially suitable for the medium with chemical corrosive or suspended particles. The operating temperature of the diaphragm valve is usually limited by the materials used in the diaphragm and the valve body lining, and its operating temperature range is approximately-50 to 175℃. The diaphragm valve structure is simple, only composed of the valve body, diaphragm and valve head assembly three main components. The valve is easy to remove and repair quickly, and the diaphragm can be replaced on site and in a short time.

Principle and composition: The PP diaphragm valve uses the corrosion resistant lining valve body and corrosion resistant diaphragm instead of the valve core assembly, using the movement of the diaphragm to adjust the role. The valve body material of the diaphragm valve is made of cast iron, cast steel, or cast stainless steel, and is lined with various corrosion-resistant or wear-resistant materials, diaphragm materials, rubber and PTFE. The diaphragm of the lining has strong corrosion resistance, suitable for the adjustment of strong acid, strong alkali and other strong corrosive media.

The diaphragm valve has a simple structure, small fluid resistance, and larger circulation capacity than other types of valves of the same specification; no leakage, and can be used for high viscosity and suspension particle medium adjustment. The diaphragm separates the medium from the upper cavity of the valve stem, so there is no packing medium or leakage. However, due to the limitation of diaphragm and lining material, pressure resistance and temperature resistance is poor, generally only applicable to 1.6MPa nominal pressure and below 150℃.

The flow characteristic of the diaphragm valve is close to the fast opening characteristic, approximately linear before 60% travel, and little flow change after 60%. The pneumatic diaphragm valve can be equipped with feedback signal, limiter and positioning ator and other devices to meet the needs of automatic control, program control or flow adjustment. The feedback signal of the pneumatic diaphragm valve adopts the contact-free sensing technology. The product uses a thin-film type propulsion cylinder to replace the piston cylinder, excluding the piston ring is easy to damage, causing leakage and unable to promote the valve opening and closing disadvantages. When the gas source fails, the hand wheel can be operated to open and close the valve.

Characteristics:  (1) Fluid resistance is small. (2) Can be used for the medium containing hard suspended matter; because the medium is only in contact with the valve body and the diaphragm, so there is no packing function, there is no packing function leakage problem, there is no corrosion to the valve stem part. (3) Suitable for corrosive, viscous and serous medium. (4) Can not be used in occasions with high pressure.
